+ Bummed you won't be at Jay-Z's Made In America Festival this weekend? Us too. We can, however, watch it in film form. Director Ron Howard will be documenting the weekend and says it won't be a concert flick, but instead "a reflection of the fabric of what it means to be Made in America." (Billboard)

+ Apparently Russell Brand has a thing for pretty pop stars. Rumor has it he's set his sights on a certain Spice Girl, Geri "Ginger Spice" Halliwell to be more specific. They were reportedly spotted on a date and were seen hanging out at the Olympics. (MTV News)
