Attendees Will Receive Promo Cards for Sets Based on Outlander, Rick and Morty, and Legends of Tomorrow That Will Be Released Later This Year

Lake Forest, CA – March 29, 2018 – Cryptozoic Entertainment, leading creator of board games, trading cards, and collectibles, today announced it will showcase upcoming trading cards at the 68th Philly Non-Sports Card Show, the twice-annual event for dealers, manufacturers, and collectors of non-sports trading cards that will be held April 7-8 at Merchants Square Mall in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The company will give away Promo Cards for three forthcoming sets, including Outlander Trading Cards Season 3, and preview numerous cards from the soon-to-be-released Rick and Morty Trading Cards Season 1, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Trading Cards Seasons 1 & 2, and Supergirl Trading Cards Season 1. In addition, attendees who participate in Cryptozoic’s box break promotion will be able to receive an additional Promo Card for the Outlander set.

“This show is one of the major highlights of the year for the trading cards industry, so we’re looking forward to attending once again,” commented Colleen Kao, Product Manager of Trading Cards at Cryptozoic. “We’re excited to give out Promo Cards for the incredible trading cards we have coming out later this year. We have high hopes for our first sets based on Rick and Morty, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl. And Outlander fans have been extremely supportive of us, so we’re raising the bar even higher with our set based on Season 3.”

Cryptozoic will be giving away three Promo Cards for upcoming sets as gifts to all attendees of the show: Outlander Trading Cards Season 3 Promo Card P1, Rick and Morty Trading Cards Season 1 Promo Card P7, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Seasons 1 & 2 Promo Card P3.

Additionally, Cryptozoic’s box break promotion allows collectors to buy any box of the company’s trading cards at the show and receive Outlander Trading Cards Season 3 Promo Card P2, called “A. Malcolm.” An attendee needs to take his or her box to the Cryptozoic table, where a representative will cut the seal and then give him or her the Promo Card, while supplies last.

Throughout the show, Cryptozoic will be at its table showing trading card sets being released in the next few months, including:

Rick and Morty Trading Cards Season 1: Recapturing all the zany, reality-altering moments from the first season of Adult Swim’s smash hit TV series Rick and Morty, this release features a 45-card Base Set, seven Chase Sets, randomly inserted Autograph and Sketch Cards, Printing Plates, and variants. Signers for the Autograph Cards include several members of the show’s voice cast. The hand-drawn Sketch Cards showcase a variety of interpretations of the characters from some of today’s hottest artists. The Chase Sets include “Characters,” “Rixty Minutes,” and “Anatomy Park,” as well as Temporary Tattoos, Scratch and Sniff, Standees, and Stickers.
