Driveclub Gets Five Free Japanese Tracks Tomorrow

PlayStation 4-exclusive racing game Driveclub is getting five new tracks located in Japan tomorrow, developer Evolution Studio has announced.

"Along with our own research and gameplay data analysis, your input has been a big help in shaping all of the tracks we're developing for Japan," Evolution Studios said on its Facebook page. "Especially the many, many requests for an epic point-to-point like this and for wider tracks to make fighting for position less frustrating, particularly in online races."

On January 27-29 Evolution Studios will also release the Apex Expansion Pack (a part of the Season Pass), which adds new cars like the Jaguar C-X75 Concept, Enzo Ferrari, Caterham R500 Superlight, and Chevrolet Corvette ZR1.

As far the long delayed free PlayStation Plus edition of Driveclub, Evolution said that it's coming as soon as it's able to improve server performance so that it can support the many players who will want to take advantage of it. "We will have news for you on this soon," the developer said last month.
