Geek Shall Inherit Episode 100!!!!! – With Our Very Special Guest, Mr. Alex Ross!

HAPPY 100!!!!

We’ve been talking about it so long it’s hard to believe that it’s finally here – Episode 100. As we’ve mentioned before the idea for Jason and I to do a podcast together was born out of an interview, and aside conversation at SDCC 2010, and from there it has grown into “the little podcast that could” with well over 100 hours of original content and listeners all over the world. As a 100 episode treat, here are a couple of behind-the-scenes photos from that very conversation/interview that birthed what would become the GEEK SHALL INHERIT podcast:

This episode is our first ever 3-way conversation as we are joined by the unbelievably talented Alex Ross. When we first started talking about doing a podcast over 2 years ago Alex was at the top of our guest list. We couldn’t be happier that he was able to take time out of his busy schedule of creating incredible art and fully painted comic book covers to spend almost two hours with us for our big 100th episode. Everyone knows that Alex likes to speak his mind and that is still true as he joins in our reindeer games on the podcast. Part of the episode is an interview with Alex and the rest is Alex participating in discussing the other topics of the week in pop culture. It’s really rare to have Alex to be a part of a podcast with just free form conversation and I think you’ll have as much fun listening as we did talking with him.

This time I’m not even going to give you a topic list of what we discuss in the episode. Just listen for yourself and enjoy the journey.

Special thanks as always to my lovely co-host Mr. Lenzi for 2 years of great geek talk. Thank you to Alex Ross for being a great sport and taking the time to participate (you are welcome back any time). Thank you to my lovely bride Abby for cutting together all 100 episodes. Thank you to Danny Neuman for our 100th episode logo! And most importantly thank you to all the listeners! We wouldn’t still be doing this without you and all the great feedback that you have given us over the past 2 years.

Enjoy! And here’s to the next 100!
