DIRECTIONERS! Welcome to VMAs week! Are you ready? We're unbelievably (unBELIEBEbly?) ready. In fact, after spending the last few days watching One Direction-themed GIFs, slo-mo promo videos, and nearly fainting while listening to them chat about their first time (ahem, at the VMAs), we're currently having a heart attack over these brand-new One Direction VMA slo-mo promos. Except, that instead of watching them all together, in this batch you can stare at Each. Dude. Individually. Like, really stare into their eyes. While "One Thing" plays in the background.

Picking up after the last slo-mo promo video (which shows the boys prepping/astronaut-walking for the VMAs), this time we get close-up shots of Harry, Liam, Louis, Niall, and Zayn each staring dreamily into the camera and slyly grinning at each other as they slooowly walk towards us (separately, for your viewing pleasure). Ok, can we just replace that background with some crashing ocean waves and a beach and me waiting on a towel slightly off to the left, please?? Because we think that is super necessary, and we'd just really like it. And OMG THE VMAS ARE THIS THURSDAY AT 8 P.M. ET, YAY!
