New Song: Kanye West Featuring Big Sean, Pusha T & 2 Chainz, ‘Mercy’

Kanye's bringing G.O.O.D. Friday back.

T.G.I.F., y'all: Kanye West is bringing back G.O.O.D. Fridays, at least for today. He just dropped "Mercy," the first track from his label group's upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation. Unlike "Theraflu," there are no Kim Kardashian name-drops here (How did their "Hunger Games" date go? Did they read the books together? We need an update!), just a plushy beat and hard rhymes.

Listen to Kanye West's "Mercy" after the jump.

The Lifted-produced track starts off rolling like "Paris" after too much sizzurp. The posse cut gathers Big Sean, Pusha T and G.O.O.D. newcomer 2 Chainz, with Yeezy himself handling the bridge verses over a swerve into EDM synthesizers. And the rappers pretty much cover all the bases: Big Sean raps about booty ("Build a house up on that ass/ That’s an ass-state"), Pusha T connects money with being one of the scariest MCs in the game ("Check the neck/ Check the wrist/ Them heads turning/ That's 'Exorcist,'") and 2 Chainz handles that hip-hop lifestyle ("Drink champagne on the airplane"). Meanwhile, Kanye brags about asking Def Jam for $50 million. Worth every penny, dudes.

The rest of the G.O.O.D. crew are expected to tear things up on the new album this spring, but you can bump "Mercy" now.
