There's always somewhere new to explore in them, and their massive amount of loot will bring you back wanting more. Borderlands 2 is the highlight of this series, although both the first game and the Pre-Sequel are fun experiences as well. You scavenge for resources, fend off antagonistic NPCs, and check on the news of the battle outside your building.
