Sony bringing updated 3D headset to TGS

Publisher reveals reworked version of HMZ 3D headset with front-facing camera; poised for debut at this month's Tokyo Game Show.

Sony will showcase a new 3D virtual reality headset during this month's Tokyo Game Show, according to a new video from the company's official YouTube account.

Head-mounted displays have been a popular trend in the industry lately. The Kickstarter campaign for the Oculus Rift, which drew the support of Valve's Gabe Newell and Epic Games' Cliff Bleszinski, was successful on its first day.
