Rihanna is the goddess of fire in her "Diamonds" video.

If you want the truth, we kind of assumed Rihanna's "Diamonds" video would either consist of her bathing in a pool of giant diamond rings from Harry Winston and/or watching rays of wildly expensive gemstones fly like "diamonds in the sky." (Can you blame us if we wanna see some bling?) But judging by the RIDICULOUSLY stunning photo of Rihanna on the set of her "Diamonds" video, bathing in engagement rings and gazing at shooting-star gemstones is definitely not the video's theme. In fact, from what we can tell, the two main pillars of Rihanna's new visuals are pyromania and Rih wearing stunning couture!

As you might have noticed, it seems that blowing up stuff is a new trend amongst female pop stars these days (please see: Christina Aguilera casually blowing up vehicles in "Your Body"), because judging by the car engulfed in flames behind her, Rihanna too has a penchant for lighting expensive whips on fire. Of course RiRi looks like a flawless queen while doing so and hasn't even smudged her mascara or ruffled her perfectly coiffed locks. But it's also like, obviously Rihanna would remain chic while committing a felony, because remember how amazing she looked during this? And this? And this? We rest our case.
