Star Wars: The Old Republic to get two updates starting May 14

New patches to fix bugs and add general improvements; will not introduce new content.

Star Wars: The Old Republic players will be experiencing some slight changes in their MMO starting from next week.

According to a post by community manager Eric Musco on the game's official forums, there will be two updates to the game. Both game update 2.1 and 2.2 will fix bugs and add general improvements to the interface and user experience, but will not bring in new content and Cartel Market features.

Update 2.1 will be out on May 14 while update 2.2 will be out on June 11. For more information, check out the forum post.

Star Wars: The Old Republic's monthly revenue has doubled since its switch to a free-to-play model, and has added 1.7 million new players.
