Since NERVO is slated to remix the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards' red carpet pre-show (alongside featured performers Austin Mahone and Ariana Grande!), the Australian DJ duo wanted to make sure that they totally capture the Brooklyn vibe come Sunday, Aug. 25. That's why NERVO twins Mim and Liv popped over to the the hipster mecca of Williamsburg to get familiar with the local customs -- shopping for vintage records, trying on DIY jewelry, sipping cortados, taking some #covermoment selfies, you know the Brooklyn usual.
