Vote For The Best 2012 MTV Live Performance!

What was the best MTV performance of 2012? Vote now!

We don't like to brag, but the year 2012 had some seriously amazing MTV musical performances, doncha think? We were glued to the screen while One Direction, P!nk, fun., and Frank Ocean performed at the 2012 MTV VMAs, and we seriously were pumped for days following Mac Miller's "Party On 5th Ave" at the 2012 MTV Woodies. And then was Spring Break 2012 (insert obligatory "wooo hooo!!!") -- B.o.B. performed "Strange Clouds," The Wanted's rendition of "Glad You Came" turned into a straight rager, and Carly Rae Jepsen bounced her way through everyone's summer jam of choice, "Call Me Maybe." We also saw some intimate MTV-exclusive experiences like Rita Ora's stripped-down "Unplugged" performance of "R.I.P." and All Time Low's Buzzworthy Live rendition of "For Baltimore." Whew! Our heads are still spinning from all the fun we've had (the band, too).

So as we get ready to say farewell to 2012, the music experts at MTV News, MTV.com, and Buzzworthy have narrowed down hundreds of MTV live musical performances from 2012 to a carefully curated list of the 16 best performances. And now it's up to you to vote and decide on the best MTV live performance of 2012!

Watch the best MTV performances, then vote for your favorite after the jump! The winner will be revealed during "The Big & Best of 2012" livestream on Wednesday, Dec. 12. at 12 p.m. ET/PT.

+ The Wanted, "Glad You Came," Spring Break 2012: Max George & Co. certainly looked glad they came to MTV's Spring Break in Las Vegas when they brought a bunch of scantily-clad girls onto the stage for a GINORMOUS bikini dance party. WATCH The Wanted perform "Glad You Came."

+ One Direction, "One Thing," 2012 MTV VMAs: Remember that time One Direction basically caused every girl between the ages of 15-24 to seriously LOSE THEIR COOL at the VMAs? Our ears are still ringing from the sound of SQUEEEEEE. WATCH One Direction perform "One Thing."

+ Florence + The Machine, "Shake It Out," "Unplugged": Florence Welch's booming "Shake It Out" was only made more epic by an accompanying a harp, church choir, and a stunningly gilded stage. WATCH Florence + The Machine perform "Shake It Out."

+ WALK THE MOON, "Anna Sun," "Unplugged": They may have left the face paint at home this time, but WALK THE MOON did their stripped-down summer party  jam some serious justice on MTV's "Unplugged" stage. WATCH WALK THE MOON perform "Anna Sun."

+ Rita Ora, "R.I.P.," "Unplugged": Jay-Z's young protege took command of her "Unplugged" performance with a soulful rendition of "R.I.P." WATCH Rita Ora perform "R.I.P."

+ Mac Miller, "Party On 5th Ave," 2012 MTV Woodies: Mac pretty much WAS the party during his spot-on rendition of "Party On 5th Ave" at the Woodies. WATCH Mac Miller perform "Party On 5th Ave."

+ fun., "We Are Young Featuring Janelle Monáe," 2012 MTV VMAs: Will anyone ever forget the joyous image of a white tux-clad Nate Ruess singing "We Are Young" arm-in-arm with fellow suit-wearer Janelle Monáe? Not us. WATCH fun. perform "We Are Young" featuring Janelle Monae.

+ P!nk, "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)," 2012 MTV VMAs: Strutting around onstage in hot pants and suspenders, P!nk continued her tradition of acrobatic performances with "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)," plus sang alongside...well, an actual crew of dancing lips. WATCH P!nk perform "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)."

+ Frank Ocean, "Thinkin About You," 2012 MTV VMAs: Following so many explosive (sometimes literally) VMA performances, Frank Ocean took things down a notch with a vulnerable, minimalist rendition of "Thinkin About You." WATCH Frank Ocean perform "Thinkin About You."

+ Taylor Swift, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," 2012 MTV VMAs: Not only did she look CEEE-UUTE in red stripes and hot pants, Taylor brought her video's house party on stage (furries and all) for a VMA performance of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together." WATCH Taylor Swift perform "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."

+ Conor Maynard, "Vegas Girl," "PUSH": Set against an NYC backdrop, Conor nearly brought the entire building crashing down with an arena-worthy rendition of "Vegas Girl." WATCH Conor Maynard perform "Vegas Girl."

+ MGK, "Invincible," 2012 MTV Woodies: We already knew he could make a killer after school snack, but nothing compares to MGK's passionate "Invincible" delivery -- no wonder he's always hungry! WATCH MGK perform "Invincible."

+ B.o.B., "Strange Clouds," Spring Break 2012: B.o.B. remained totes unapologetic about "lighting it up" in a loud leopard-print shirt during MTV's Spring Break in Las Vegas. WATCH B.o.B. perform "Strange Clouds."

+ Carly Rae Jepsen, "Call Me Maybe," Spring Break 2012: I think we should all just agree right now that this "Call Me Maybe" performance was the thing that kicked off an entire summer's worth of YouTube parodies. Right? WATCH Carly Rae Jepsen perform "Call Me Maybe."

+ All Time Low, "For Baltimore," "Buzzworthy Live": All Time Low paid tribute to their hometown in an heartfelt "MTV Booooozeworthy" acoustic rendition. (That "Booooze" stands for Halloween, btw. Not, er, booze.) WATCH All Time Low perform "For Baltimore."

+ Say Anything, "Say Anything," "Buzzworthy Live": Pop-punk vet and Say Anything frontman Max Bemis gave an earnest, growling performance of his self-titled jam on Buzzworthy's acoustic stage. WATCH Say Anything perform "Say Anything."
