We already knew that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's impeccable fashion sense was out of this world, but here's even more proof that the two are runway ready no matter what: Check out their "Star Wars" costumes! In case you need a pop culture refresher: Kim's a flawless Princess Leia (obvs) while 'Ye's a Storm Trooper. But does anyone else think Kanye should have been Luke Skywalker instead? I mean, the guy slays haters with rhymes like he's armed with a lyrical lightsaber. Right? Right?! (Annnd I'm done letting my nerd flag fly.)

We're actually looking at a piece of Kim and Kanye's history, because this photo comes from a long time ago in a galaxy far far away (aka the year 2008). Kim took us down memory lane on her Twitter with the caption "Throwback Thursday me & Yeezy 2008." The two were snapped filming a scene for a Kanye-produced hip-hop puppet variety show called "Alligator Boots" that unfortunately never made it on the air. MOST important, this photo was before the epicness of what we know as "Kimye" today -- they were just friends at the time! But seeing this picture years later is like finding real evidence that the universe does work in mysterious ways! Kimye's love was written in the stars... (This stuff practically writes itself, guys.)
