Sega files trademark application for “Go Dance”

Publisher's application with United States Patent & Trademark Office covers game software, including mobile and cellphone.

 

Sonic the Hedgehog and Company of Heroes 2 publisher Sega may be breaking out into the dancing game genre.

The publisher has filed a trademark application with the United States Patent & Trademark Office for "Go Dance" along with the associated image below.

The government filing covers various versions of "computer game software," including software for use on mobile and cellular phones.

A Sega representative was not immediately available to comment.
