The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is something that you're likely to obtain if you've completed the important main quests. However, there are a few caveats, as we've learned from our writers. Here's our guide to help you get the true ending in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
How to get the true ending in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom true ending is, essentially, a post-credits scene. Basically, after defeating the final boss, you'll see the following:
The final boss will explode.
The spirits of Rauru and Sonia appear, and they'll return Zelda back to her human form.
As Link, you'll have to skydive and catch her.
The two will talk in the field as you see a Hyrule Castle that's free of corruption.
The credits will play after that. Then, another scene will play. This shows Link and company standing in the Temple of Time in the Sky World. There, Mineru will say that her task is done. The group promises to support Zelda, and Mineru will finally be at peace. The Mineru Construct will also crumble.
