Amanda Bynes is having (another) bad week. But these songs might make her feel better!

Amanda Bynes, bb, we feel for you. We know it's been a tough couple of months -- from the Twitter meltdowns to the hit and run case to your arrest over the weekend for allegedly throwing a bong out of your window in front of New York City police. I mean, we've ALL been there from time to time: feeling like things are spinning out of control and wearing horrifying fright wigs at our court dates. But sometimes, despite how awful things seem, the best thing to do is to take a breath, step back, put down the phone -- definitely stressing that last part here -- and relax with some music. That said, we've compiled a playlist that we think will help get you back on the right track, partly because we care about you, but mostly because we want you to stop bumming us out with this whole downward spiral thing. Seriously harshing our good vibes over here, girlfriend.

Listen to Amanda Bynes' playlist after the jump.

"Everything Is Embarrassing" by Sky Ferreira: Everything and nothing haunts you, Amanda. Maybe you're fine, maybe everything is being played up by the media, or maybe you've gone completely whackadoodles, but we have a feeling this Sky Ferreira song will speak to you. And if it doesn't, a little bit of dancing (or twerking while sucking on a Sour Patch Kid) might help release some of that pent-up nervous energy.

"Marvin's Room" by Drake: Considering some of the things you've tweeted about Drake, this one might not be the wisest choice, technically speaking. But there may be something to learn in here for you, nay, FOR ALL OF US. "I'm just sayin' you could do better," Drake sings. "Tell me have you heard that lately? I’m just sayin' you could do better. And I'll start hatin' only if you make me." You've got a lot of "haters" right now, Amanda. But it doesn't have to be that way.

"Dirty Laundry" by Kelly Rowland: Sometimes when we act out against people (for example, by saying their boyfriend hit them because they're ugly) it can be helpful to think about what it's like on the other side. Domestic abuse is nothing to make light of, and this track by Kelly Rowland does a great of demonstrating just how emotionally scarring a situation like that can be. Time to empathize, Amanda!

"Changes" by LOL Boys: This was one of our favorite tracks of the year, and it's imperative that you put this on repeat right now, for a number of reasons. Not only because it's nearly impossible not to chill the eff out while grooving to this jazzy track by LOL Boys, but because there's some #realtalk going on in the hook: "Things won't change until we do." Heard?

"Terrific" by Drake Bell: Seems like you've already got a potential friend in the making here, so why not go with it? Bone up on Drake Bell's catalog for a bit, and take a look at a former child star that turned out to be a pretty well-adjusted adult. "You are not yourself, here," he sings. "You are someone else, dear." Let's hope he's right.

"Cheers (I'll Drink To That)" by Rihanna: We know how much you love a "freakin' weekend," Amanda, so let's fill our glasses (preferably with an alcohol-free substance) and toast to smoothing over all Twitter beefs! (Because no one ever got ahead in the social media game by challenging Rihanna. Just saying.)
