Baldur’s Gate 3 Continues Its Awards Streak With 4 BAFTA Wins, Including Best Game

Baldur's Gate 3 dominated the 2024 BAFTAs (British Academy Film Awards), taking home Best Game, Best Music, Best Narrative, and Best Performer in a Supporting Role.

The Dungeons & Dragons RPG also took home the EE Players' Choice Award at the 20th annual BAFTA Games Awards, the only award voted on by the gaming public. The Best Performer in a Supporting Role Award went to Andrew Wincott, the voice of Baldur Gate 3's Raphael.

While Baldur's Gate 3 took home the most awards, Remedy's long-awaited sequel Alan Wake 2 snagged two wins in the Audio and Artistic Achievement categories, and Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. Wonder took home Best Family Game and Best Multiplayer. Nadji Jeter took home the award for Best Performer in a Leading Role for his performance as Miles Morales in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Tango Gameworks' Hi-Fi Rush won for Best Animation.
