The Baldur's Gate 3 Find Zevlor and Zariel's Asset quests can be completed in the Mind Flayer Colony. The area itself becomes accessible after you've defeated Ketheric Thorm for the first time in Moonrise Towers.

Unfortunately, the game isn't quite clear when it comes to instructions. In fact, the wording in both quest logs imply that they're in Moonrise Towers itself, which could make you lose a lot of time if you keep searching for them in the vicinity.
