Plus Customers Purchasing BIG Chief Products from US & Canadian Retailers

It is with deep regret that despite our best efforts and extensive negotiations, the renewal of our license granting us rights to sell our Doctor Who products to US wholesalers and retailers, has proved unsuccessful.

Who is affected?

• US and Canadian wholesalers and retailers who have pre-ordered BIG Chief Doctor Who products for pre-sale to their customers.
• Customers who have pre-ordered BIG Chief Doctor Who products from US and Canadian retail outlets.

This is not the outcome that we had hoped for and we have done everything within our power, but unfortunately the decision is beyond our control.

Please note our products are still available to purchase direct from BIG Chief for US and Canadian customers via our official website. So rest assured you will still be able to purchase your official Doctor Who collectables.

We are currently evaluating alternate options to further reduce shipping costs where possible and we will post further updates when we have more firm information to share.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but on the subject of the contract we have no further comment.
