Buzz Bites (10/2/12): Foo Fighters Are ‘Definitely Not Breaking Up,’ Says Band Spokesman

According to a band spokesman, Foo Fighters are not breaking up.

+ Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl said, "This is it, man. We don't have any [shows] after this" during their Saturday set at Global Music Festival, which prompted fear that the band was kaput. Chill y'all: A band spokesman told MTV News, "They are definitely not breaking up." (MTV News)

+ Adele confirmed she'll sing the theme song for the next James Bond movie, "Skyfall." "There's a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song," Adele said. "But I fell in love with the script and Paul [Epworth, the song's co-writer] had some great ideas for the track, and it ended up being a bit of a no-brainer to do it in the end." (MTV News)

+ Bruno Mars will host "Saturday Night Live" for the first time on Oct. 20. He will also be the musical guest. (Rap-Up)
