+ Congrats to Shakira and fiancé Girard Piqué, who welcomed baby boy Milan into the world yesterday. "The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn) means 'dear, loving, and gracious' in Slavik; in Ancient Roman, 'eager and laborious'; and in Sanskrit, 'unification,'" she explained in a statement on her website.
