Dick Clark passed away at 82.

+ Dick Clark, who passed away yesterday, was omnipresent for legions of fans who grew up watching "American Bandstand." From host of Clark's NYE show Ryan Seacrest to Big Boi and Kings Of Leon, many celebs took to the internet to mourn. "REST IN PEACE to the DICK CLARK!! U were pioneer n a good man!! Thank u sir," tweeted Snoop Dogg. (MTV News)

+ Could a Katy Perry/M83 collab be coming? "I think I saw Katy Perry dancing [to] 'Midnight City' yesterday night," M83's Anthony Gonzalez wrote on his Facebook page after playing Coachella. "Katy, let me write your next album!" (MTV News)
