Buzz Bites (4/26/12): Nicki Minaj’s ‘Starships’ Video Premieres Tonight On MTV

+ All seems right with the universe. First, Nicki Minaj has returned to Twitter, and she tweeted that her "Starships" video will premiere tonight on MTV! "Plus!!! We're shooting the video to 'Right by my side' this week," she added. (Idolator)

+ It's the 20th anniversary of TLC and the remaining members are busy with a forthcoming record, a VH1 movie, and they've also reportedly planned a tour. Their late third member, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez, will be represented via video projections during the shows. Yesterday marked the 10th anniversary of Lopez's untimely death. (Billboard)

+ Jason Trawick has been granted co-conservatorship of fiancé Britney Spears, which he'll share with her father Jamie. It gives the two legal authority over Britney's "general well-being" decisions. (MTV News)
