Buzz Bites (5/14/12): Stream Kimbra’s ‘Vows’ Album Ahead of Its Release

+ New Zealander Kimbra gained international attention for her part in Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know," and now her solo debut album, Vows, will be released Stateside. Stream the jazzy pop, R&B and soul concoction now. (NPR)

+ William Balfour was found guilty for the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson; brother, Jason Hudson; and her 7-year-old nephew, Julian King. He will serve a life sentence without the possibility for parole. (MTV News)

+ Bass player/songwriter Donald "Duck" Dunn, who was a member of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame band Booker T. & The MG's, passed away at the age of 70 yesterday. (Billboard)
