+ ATTN KatyCats: Katy Perry has just announced her upcoming album and its release date with a little help from a gigantic gold-plated truck (#swag) bearing the letters, "KATY PERRY · PRISM · 10.22.13." Katy later confirmed the news, but not before Adam Lambert could give her props, tweeting "Yes @KatyPerry this is crazy!! Love it!" along with a photo of the truck. (MTV News)

She responded to Khaled's MTV News-delivered marriage proposal yesterday in a radio interview, saying, "Khaled is my brother and Khaled was not serious with that damn proposal, y'all.
