Buzz Bites (8/26/13): Austin Mahone Heats Up The 2013 VMA Red Carpet With An Expertly Choreographed ‘What About Love’ Performance + Wins Artist To Watch Award (VIDEO)

+ Looks like Austin Mahone was worried about his health for nothing! In addition to kicking off the VMA pre-show with a tightly choreographed red carpet rendition of "What About Love,"  he scored his first-ever Moonman for Artist To Watch.

+ Speaking of last night's show-stopping performers, Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis were the big winners at the VMAs. Justin scored FOUR Moonmen, including Video Of The Year for "Mirrors" and the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis won two awards, one of which was for Best Video With a Social Message for "Same Love."

+ Taylor Swift, who sat next to her BFF Selena Gomez all night, won Best Female Video for "I Knew You Were Trouble." Taylor dedicated the win to the song's inspiration -- a certain ex who was, ahem, also in attendance.

+ Before the show began, Thirty Seconds To Mars were already winners! They scored Best Rock Video for "Up In The Air."

+ Selena Gomez nabbed Best Pop Video for "Come & Get It." "This is my first actual Moonman, thank you so much!" Sel beamed.
