It's gonna get pretty hard to ignore singer-songwriter Asher Monroe. This triple threat can not only sing, dance, and act, but dude is a boy band veteran (he used to sing with V-Factory!) and even hit the Broadway stage as a kid in "Beauty And The Beast." Seriously, we are impressed. And that's on TOP of attracting more than 1 million YouTube views for his "Like I Do" video!

Perhaps you guys will remember our premiere of Asher's "Here With You" video -- but we were truly excited to welcome him into the studio for an exclusive acoustic performance of the track. Though the official video has Asher in full-on PAR-TEE mode (Auto-Tune and all), "Here With You" sounds just as appealing, if not more so, in its stripped-down, acoustic form.

Accompanied by a backup singer/guitarist, Asher's butter-smooth vocals take center stage as he neatly strums the chords to "Here With You." One of the nicest things about the performance is Asher's onstage ease and magnetic perma-grin -- you get the impression that he'd be just as comfortable chilling in a coffeehouse as he would be dancing/performing in da club. His acoustic rendition is many things -- seductive, charming, and infectious -- but never smarmy or sleazy. Asher is all good timez and happy days (maybe 'cause he's based in L.A.?), but trust us when we say that we wanna be the ones hanging out with him in that coffee shop or club scene.
