It's Tuesday! Time for another round of "5 Must-Hear Pop Songs of the Week"!

This week's roundup features a slay session by Canada's savior of pop, not one, but two appearances by Bad Boy's most seductive electro-R&B vixen, and a little bit of controversy (uh huh).

1.) Carly Rae Jepsen, "Turn Me Up"

Sure, Carly Rae Jepsen (or, as known by her Canadian birth name, Slayly Reign Jepselegend... too much?) is nowhere near done wreaking radio havoc with her unparalleled 2012 smash "Call Me Maybe," but she's already got a healthy helping of soon-to-be smashes lying in wait on her sensational American debut, Kiss. Case in point? "Turn Me Up," a powerhouse pop production that finds Miss Jepsen lamenting a relationship on the rocks atop a surging beat: "I'm breaking up with you, you're breaking up on me/ You kiss me through the phone, and I don't think it reaches," she cries out on the sing-along ready chorus, as the track suddenly explodes into a raving mixture of sparkling synthesizers and dub-laden beats. (Is that even the chorus? There's like three.) It's absolutely massive and ridiculously catchy in every possible way -- perhaps even as much as "Call Me Maybe."

2.) Natalia Kills, "Controversy"

She's making a list, she's checking it twice -- and she's going to start sharpening her knives. Last week, the bad-ass Cherrytree vixen known as Natalia Kills returned with "Controversy" (uh huh), a veritable "Who's who?" of just about everyone and everything that irks Miss Kills about society. "Dilated, X-Rated/ Pageant princess, puking rainbows," Miss Kills venomously monotones above the stabbing electro and punishing drum beats, provided by Kanye West hit maker, Jeff Bhasker. The track is just a teaser of what's to come from her 2013 follow-up Trouble, but if it's anything to go by, she's got plenty of venom to go around -- and I, for one, will be drinking the Kool-Aid.

3.) Cassie featuring Young Jeezy, "Balcony"

It's been a minute since we last heard from Bad Boy's R&B vixen, Cassie. After unleashing her off-the-charts amazing "King of Hearts" back in February -- a supreme bout of sensual coos and crashing crescendos of Ibiza-ready beats -- the singer's back with a brand new single, and this time, it's minimal. Gliding on top of a slinky beat provided by Rico Love (a la Kelly Rowland's "Motivation"), the R&B princess weaves a rather explicit tale of tomfoolery: "We made love on the balcony, right there in New York City/ I saw a tourist staring back at me," Cassie seductively purrs on her slick, icy ode to exhibitionism. Enter Young Jeezy, who provides a gruff verse or two as the artists bounce back and forth, trading sexy come-ons. So remember, the next time you see something a lil' funny going down on the fire escape, just look up and wave -- it's probably Cassie!

4.) Nicki Minaj featuring Cassie, "The Boys"

Cassie isn't just serving us with a selection from own repertoire this week -- she's showing up on other artists' tracks, too! Months ago, the ferocious songstress first previewed her soldiering, Jean Baptiste-produced "Money On Love" on the radio. Evidently, the singer had bigger plans in store, as this week, the song's just arrived packaged as the chorus to Nicki Minaj's brand new single, "The Boys." Alternating between Minaj's spitfire verses ("Punchline Queen, no boxer though/ Might pull up in a Porsche, no boxster though") and Cassie's crooning ("The boys always spending all their money on love!"), the super slick Young Money/Bad Boy one-two punch is a clear TKO. Let's just get a prayer circle together now in the hopes that their first collaboration from years ago -- "F*** You Silly" -- somehow sees a proper release someday soon.

5.) Tinashe, "Yours"

Ahead of her major-label debut, one of Buzzworthy's favorite rising stars, Tinashe, has unleashed her second mixtape, Reverie -- another next-level collection of dreamy, The Weeknd-like dark R&B and luscious crooning. "Yours," one of the collection's highlights, finds the up-and-coming chanteuse at her seductive best: "Baby, take a minute just to imagine/ What would happen if I were yours, and I belonged to you," Tinashe coos above the soaring beats. And just in case the slick beats and heaven-sent singing wasn't enough of a temptation, just pay close attention to those lyrics: "No one else has got these tricks/ I perfected all three splits." Like, dayum.
