Chef AMax’s Epic #StarWars Cake

Professional pastry chef Mandy “Amax” Maxwell (formerly of Per Se and Eleven Madison Mark in NYC) just released the first images and video of her massive  six-tier Star Wars-themed tribute cake. Each tier represents an episode, is chock full of Easter eggs, and contains a ton of intricate details that Star Wars fans will love.

The cake project was supported by NY-based mobile start-up VidMob whose employees had the idea of running a Twitch stream this week for fans to “Show How They Star Wars.” Over 65 hours were streamed with Chef Amex baking and working on the characters, in addition to music and art – all Star Wars-themed.
