Deus Ex: Human Revolution confirmed for Wii U

Director's Cut version includes Tong's Rescue mission and Missing Link DLC, as well as overhauled boss battles.

After an Amazon product page revealed its existence, Square Enix today officially announced Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut for Wii U. The new version includes the Tong's Rescue mission and the Missing Link downloadable content integrated into the story.

In addition, the Wii U version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution adds "overhauled" boss battles, "redefined" game balance and combat, "improved" artificial intelligence, and updated graphics.

Players can use the Wii U GamePad to access Adam Jensen's neural hub to hack into devices, edit maps, and throw back grenades, among other uses. It was not announced if Deus Ex: Human Revolution features off-screen play.

No mention was made of a release date or price, though the Amazon listing suggests the game will release May 7 for $50.
