This just in from our friends over at EMCE Toys – an early look at the creation of the follow up to their wildly successful “Create Your Own Comic Book Hero” customizing set:
2014: “Create Your Own Comic Book Hero, The Sequel!”
This is the first of our upcoming products for 2014 that we will be showing at NY Toy Fair. It is a sequel to our previous hit, the 4 scale “Create Your Own Comic Book Hero” Action Figure Customizing Kit, but this one includes a female body and a “superhuman” body. Like the original, it also contains swappable heads, hands, capes, “water-slide” decal sheet and water based paints.
It is being developed exclusively for our friends at DIAMOND COMIC DISTRIBUTORS. Retailers can order through Diamond, and interested customers can contact their local comic shop to place preorders (reference catalog #OCT131941).*
The product is in progress, and we want to share with you the process of taking it from concept to completion.
