Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 Teased — Report

It seems like we might get a third Five Nights at Freddy's game, according to a recent update to the game developer's website, scottgames.com.

If you'll go to the site now, you'll see that it's been updated with a new, and appropriately creepy image of an animatronic the games are known for, barely lit and and with glowing eyes, and the simple text "I am still here." If you try to save the image, you'll see that the file is named fnaf3.jpg, which could stand for Five Nights at Freddy's 3.

That might not seem like a lot of time to develop another sequel, but developer Scott Cawthon proved that he can produce these games fairly quickly. Five Nights at Freddy's 2 was released in November, only a couple of month after the release of the original game.

The first Five Night's at Freddy's puts players in the role of a security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a kid-friendly restaurant where the animatronic robots that are supposed to entertain the crowds have been acting a little strange. Five Nights at Freddy's 2 features a new security guard and new animatronics.

Both games are available to download from Steam and the iTunes App Store.
