Five Nights At Freddy’s Movie Finally Starts Filming

The Five Nights at Freddy's movie has finally begun filming. Jason Blum, the head of the movie studio Blumhouse, tweeted that February 1 was the long-awaited film's first day of production.

It appears the movie has the working title "Bad Cupcake" as seen on the clapper board. The movie is filming in New Orleans and will run through April 6, according to a post on the Film New Orleans website.

The FNAF movie is directed by Emma Tammi (The Wind, Into the Dark) from a script by Tammi, game creator Scott Cawthon, and Seth Cuddeback (Mateo).
