Hasbro sent out this amazing page-a-day Star Wars calendar to help us countdown to the release of new Star Wars: The Force Awakens product on “Force Friday” on September 4th.

Today we are 61 days away from Force Friday and the toy of the day is rebel hero Jek Porkins.  Another in a long line of “I can’t believe they made that… but I’m glad to have it in my collection” figures.

Today is actor William Hootkins’ birthday, who played Jek in Episode IV.
