A trailer for the new Blumhouse Pictures horror movie You Should Have Left starring Kevin Bacon and Amanda Seyfried has arrived, teasing a nightmarish get-away to a vacation home that, by all accounts, shouldn't actually exist. Take a look.

Based on the novel of the same name by author Daniel Kehlmann, You Should Have Left seems to be threading the needle between psychological and traditional horror, bringing some of the mind-bending flavor of horror literature favorites like House of Leaves into the mix. The story--focusing on a couple played by Bacon and Seyfried trying to "repair their relationship" with an isolated trip to the Welsh countryside--turns deeply sinister as they realize their stylish new home seems impossible. A room, Bacon's character notes, seems to be five feet larger on the inside than it is on the outside--which, apparently, is just the beginning of their problems.
