I can’t deny it any longer. It’s happened.  As much as I’ve tried to put it off, the inevitable has caught up with me.

I’m old.

Now, my birthday is later this month. I’ll be turning the ripe old age of 48. Yup. 2 years to go until the big 5-0. Two years until I can join AARP. But, that’s not what makes me old.(…)
