We were sad to hear the news this week that Canadian retailer Legends Action Figures will be closing their doors and their web-store later this month.   Steve and the Legends team are great folks and were one of the original sponsors of AFi when we launched.    It’s a blow to the community to loose another reputable dealer.   We wish Steve and the rest of the Legends crew much success in their next endeavors.

ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END….

Dear customers,it is with a heavy heart that I bring you the sad news that Legends Action Figures, Inc. will be closing it’s doors.
It was not an easy decision for me to make, but it seems like the right one for now. I’ve been battling with a health condition for a little while that makes it hard for me to concentrate on my work and let’s face it, we aren’t in the best economic times right now. After 16 years of operation, it is now time to move on to other things. Throughout those years, I have had the chance to meet a lot of great people from all parts of the world, some of which became good friends. I consider myself lucky that I had the opportunity to always be surrounded by great co-workers: Henri, Linda, José, André, Dominic, Simon, Chung and the best right-hand man a guy could ask for, my main man The Fred.

I also want to send my sincere apologies to you, who relied on us with pre-orders that we will now unfortunately not be able to fulfill. We are currently in the process of refunding everyone who has already paid or left deposits for their pre-orders, if you haven’t been contacted yet, you will be shortly. Just bare with us while we are working at that (we have a lot to do).

The last day of operation of our physical store will be Saturday November 16 from 10 to 5.
Feel free to drop by and come say hi, who knows,..you might even find a few deals to be made.
