As part of their second annual “12 Days of Fandom” SDCC celebration, the Mattel team will announce the Minecraft Diamond Level Steve figure today!

• Mattel welcomes a whole new level of fan to the world of Minecraft with its first-ever adult collector figure, Diamond Level Steve. This jewel of an action figure is sculpted in the 5.5-inch scale collectors crave and stands proudly in a Diamond Armor constructed of diecast metal. The hefty diamond sword and pickaxe are made of diecast metal. Shrouded in an exclusive 2016 Minecon cape, it’s clear that this is Steve like collectors have never seen him before. A true work of art by everyone involved and limited to a production run of 5000, Diamond Level Steve comes in a rich black package inspired by diamond ore hidden within the deep dark earth. Colors and decorations may vary.

Minecraft Diamond Level Steve will be available IRL at SDCC starting July 20 and online at Mattel Creations on July 22 at 9am PT.
