Is there such a thing as ‘pthu wicked? Being bad is a day at the beach for this malevolent magician, but he doesn’t just build sand castles, he builds entire sand armies to do his evil bidding. This Filmation figure can hold his sinister sun scarab Ankh in his hand, and he comes with a clear plastic Zoar® the Falcon.

While Nepthu has seemed to divide the fans as to cool/not cool factor, over all the MOTUC fans have really enjoyed the Filmation sub-sub.   He’s a fun addition to the line and adds a layer of Egyptian-Eternian to the MOTU mythos.  Plus it’s always a bonus to get another bad guy in the line.  That’s always something that MOTU has excelled at – having a good balance of good guys and bad guys, instead of the usual toy line rule of 3 villains per 40 heroes.

The clear Zoar is a cool accessory, but it would have been made better by a including a stand or even a small perch.
