In between getting engaged, donning her July 4 best, prepping her next album and cuddling with one of her adorable dogs, Miley Cyrus took time out for the really important things in life... like serenading a drag queen. 

According to TMZ (always reliable... LOL!), Miley was on hand to celebrate famed drag queen Vicky Vox's birthday, and as a tribute to her pal, she grabbed the mic to sing "Happy Birthday." Of course, Miley customized the tune for the birthday girl, cooing "Happy birthday to Vicky Vox, with those big ole big t***es ... happy birthday, Vicky Vox." Chilling with a penis cake and serenading drag queens? WERQUE!
