TheHubLogo2LOS ANGELES— Hub Network received 24 Daytime Emmy® Award Honors, the most ever in its 3-1/2 year history, with 22 nominations and 2 early wins, as announced today by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). In addition to receiving the second most nominations of any kids network, behind only Nickelodeon, the Hub Network, the only network dedicated to providing kids and families entertainment they can watch together, was the sixth most nominated network overall in comparison to all networks nominated.

The Hub Network received nominations in top programming categories, including one for Outstanding Children’s Series for “R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour: The Series” (Front Street Pictures in association with The Hatchery, LLC.), as well as two for Outstanding Special Class Animated Program for “Transformers Prime Beast Hunters” (Hasbro Studios) and “Dan Vs.” (Film Roman Inc., a Starz Media Company, in association with The Hatchery, LLC). In addition, Todd Newton received his third nomination for Outstanding Game Show Host for “Family Game Night” (Hasbro Studios and Zoo Productions) and Katie Douglas received her first nomination for Outstanding Performer in a Children’s Series for “Spooksville” (Front Street Pictures, Springville Productions, and Jane Startz Productions). Ashley Tisdale also received her first nomination for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program for “Sabrina Secrets of a Teenage Witch” (Moonscoop; Archie Comic Publications, Inc.; DSK Group, India; Laughing Lion; and Telegael Teoranta).

Additionally, the Hub Network was honored with two early wins for “Transformers Prime Beast Hunters.” “Transformers Prime Beast Hunters” was recognized for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation for Character Design and Character Animation. These wins bring Hub Network’s grand total of Daytime Emmy® wins to 14 after just four years of eligibility.
