#NECA ANNOUNCES TOY AND COLLECTIBLES LINE FOR WEDNESDAY SERIES #TOYFAIR #NYTF

License announcement and media preview at New York International Toy Fair

Hillside, NJ – September 30, 2023 – Today NECA announced a full line of action figures, plush and collectibles to be released in partnership with MGM’s series Wednesday, streaming exclusively on Netflix. Directed by Tim Burton, the first season of the gothic mystery series follows Wednesday Addams as she enters Nevermore Academy. It debuted at #1 globally on Netflix in November 2022, and a second season is in production.

The line to be rolled out in early 2024 will include 7” scale action figures, 8” clothed action figures, stylized 6” figures from the company’s bestselling Toony line, hand-painted resin Head Knockers, and more. Additional merchandise will be available from NECA’s subsidiaries, with Kidrobot set to release premium plush and JEI releasing Wednesday Chia Pets as well. The line will be available in the US, Canada, and Europe.

NECA is proud of its robust roster of horror licenses, and welcomes Wednesday to its collection of other well-known franchises like Halloween, Chucky, Beetlejuice, Friday the 13th, Gremlins, and more.
