New Song: Fergie, Q-Tip, And GoonRock, ‘A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got)’

Fergie just wants to have a little party! Why you judging??

We're all for taking time off to nest, hibernate, and eat ice cream-dipped pickles while pregnant, but if soon-to-be-mom Fergie is going to reemerge for anything, it might as well be to contribute to "The Great Gatsby" soundtrack with "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got)" featuring Q-Tip and GoonRock. Anything for Leonardo DiCaprio and Baz Luhrmann, you know?

Set to a thumping club beat with retro-tinged saxophone licks (courtesy of producer GoonRock), Fergie's booming, vibrato-soaked vocals open the track as she sings about making the most of your rager: "A little party never killed nobody/ So we gon' dance until we drop, drop/ A little party never killed nobody/ Right here, right now's all we got." Q-Tip pops in shortly after to deliver a bright and rowdy verse: "I have a stout reputation of keeping it hot." No word yet on what scene Fergie's jam will accompany, but given the title, we assume it will soundtrack one of Jay Gatsby's grand extravaganzas, which, for a gal who sang a song called "Glamorous," seems just about right.

Check out "The Great Gatsby" soundtrack when it drops on May 7.
