New Song: Rita Ora, ‘Roc The Life’

Check out the latest track from Rita Ora's 'ORA' album out August 27.

Yeah, so Rita Ora's life is pretty awesome right now. In between being featured as one of our PUSH artists last month and debuting her "Somebody That I Used To Know" cover, the "How We Do (Party)" singer found time to collaborate with The-Dream on her new record, "Roc The Life."

Listen to Rita Ora's "Roc The Life" after the jump.

A clear hat-tip to her Roc Nation family, Rita's new tune not only features vocals from The-Dream, but he cowrote the tune as well. Set to a uptempo hip-hop beat with a dash of rock mixed somewhere in between, Rita sends a big "eff you" to the haters as she explains: "You can hate this all you want/ But we gon' take this everywhere/ Don't pay them no never mind/ You just a waste a waste/ Baby watch it from the sidelines/ While I Roc the life." You know what? That seems pretty dead-on, since everyone I speak to is jealous of you because you can sing, you're pretty and you're BFF with Jay-Z. I may wanna hate for just like one second if that's cool.
