New Song: Selena Gomez, ‘Slow Down’

Listen to "Stars Dance" by Selena Gomez.

Listen to Selena Gomez's "Slow Down," the second single from her upcoming album.

Selena Gomez's new song may be called "Slow Down," but it's far from a slow JAM and it probably won't make you wanna "take it nice and slow" at ALL. (Sorry, but when you see an Usher reference, you take it!) Including some seriously danceable production from The Cataracs, "Slow Down" fits right in with "Come & Get It," and may or may not be the final nail in Sel's Disney coffin (gah, sorry for that image).

Slated to appear on her forthcoming Stars Dance disc (out July 23!), the girl who might be dating Justin Bieber opens the track by cooing about her, ermmm, "skills" in reviving men! WITH HER LIPS! You know, if they're choking or something. "If you want me I'm accepting applications/ So long as we keep this record on rotation/ You know I'm good with mouth to mouth resuscitation/ Breathe me in, breathe me out." DAYUM, sister, you're bold and you're owning it, but maybe don't go FULL-on mature just yet. Because we'd kiiiiinda miss it if you stopped doing things like making goofy faces, sleeping like a baby, and hanging out with adorable kids under 10.
