New Video: DJ Khaled Featuring Drake, Rick Ross + Lil Wayne, ‘No New Friends’ (NSFW)

DJ Khaled & Co. revisit the '90s in their "No New Friends" video.

We're going to have to go back and dig through the musical friendship files in the archive basement here at MTV (it's haunted, btw), but we're prettttty sure that Drake, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne haven't actually been hanging out since 1996, which is the time stamp on much of Khaled's new video, "No New Friends." If you never hear from us again, send a search team spelunking into those archives, OK? Meanwhile, let's check out the video.

The slow-leaning track, about the difficulties of meeting new people when you've made it, finds Wayne and Ross dropping bars over some bright synths, and Drake's repeated hook: "No new friends, no new friends. Still down with my day one..."

The video, directed by Colin Tilley, places the bros' antics in a camcorder/Instagram-like filter, which only increases the film's time machine vibe. And seriously, who needs new friends when you've got a crew like this? Even if the bros are having a hard time making new, genuine buds, we're betting that they could at least PURCHASE a few with that gold-plated helicopter.
