NEW ALBUM RELEASES

Tuesday, Mar. 13
+ One Direction, Up All Night: These British-Irish lads had the fastest selling UK debut album on their 2011 charts, and now they're ready to take on America. Check out the anthemic, Brit Awards-winning "What Makes You Beautiful." What's not to love about a cute quintet showering you with compliments, right?

+ The Ting Tings, Sound From Nowheresville: The duo of Katie White and Jules De Martino had us dancing and shout-singing "That's Not My Name" through 2008. For their sophomore album they expand on their musical palette with songs like the reggae infused "Soul Killing" and the rap-funky "Hang It Up."

+ Delta SpiritDelta Spirit: On their third album Delta Spirit doesn't entirely ditch their roots base, but they've enriched it with different instrumentation (including MPC samples and drum machines and electric over acoustic guitar) and it results in a more vibrant, driving sound.

Check out more new album releases and upcoming TV appearances and performances after the jump.

+ The DecemberistsWe All Raise Our Voices To The Air (Live Songs 04.11-08.11): The exuberant live set was recorded through the course of 12 nights while on tour for their last studio album,The King is Dead. The album includes fan favorites from their expansive output, including "La Infanta" and "We Both Go Down Together," along with recent material.

+ LuceroWomen & Work: The hard-touring Memphis band (known to put on up to 200 shows a year) offers up 10 songs of revving Southern rawk, complete with stomping piano and rambunctious horns on their seventh studio album.

+ Say Anything, Anarchy My Dear: Max Bemis, the mainstay in Say Anything, has been through bandmates, a trip to the majors, and a nervous breakdown. They return to their indie roots both musically and label-wise with this stripped-down, raw punk effort that hearkens back to their ...Is A Real Boy debut.

+ Etta James, I Just Want To Make Love To You: This compilation from the late-great Etta James includes 23 songs from her early 1960s work, including the title track and her signature song, "At Last."
