One Direction will showcase their favorite VMA memories on "One Direction: My First Time."

Directioners!? Need another reason to be obsessed with One Direction! Well here's one really big one! In addition to racking up two VMA nominations, being flawlessly photogenic in GIFs, announcing their new single, "Live While We're Young" (HOW CAN I LIVE WHEN I'M DYING OVER 1D?), AND performing for the very first time on the VMA stage (swoons ---> temporarily dies), Harry, Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayn will host their very own MTV special, "One Direction: My First Time" on Aug. 30 at 11pm... And we're dying to the point where we're maybe really dead.

During the show, One Direction will to revisit some of the most memorable VMA performances to date (where to even begin?), and will even share some of their very own VMA memories. Plus they'll have some legit VMA vets in their corner to provide some advice -- artists like Pink, Green Day and Taylor Swift to be exact.

One more time, for emphasis, One Direction's "My First Time" VMA special will Aug. 30 at 11pm (STAY UP FOR IT), and we'll be patiently waiting by the television fanning ourselves till then if you need us...
