Paddington 3, which is officially titled Paddington in Peru, now has a release date--but it's not soon. Sony Pictures has announced that the movie will debut on January 17, 2025 in the US. The movie debuts earlier in the UK, arriving there on November 8, 2024.

Paddington in Peru tells the story Paddington bear returning to Peru to see his aunt Lucy, who is now living in the Home for Retired Bears. Paddington goes to Peru with the Brown family and a "thrilling adventure ensues."

Rachel Zegler (West Side Story) was supposed to join the cast, but had to drop out due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, according to Variety.
