Palworld encourages you to explore, craft, and survive. As you progress, you'll learn about new blueprints that unlock better items. Some, however, tend to be quite unique. Here's our guide on crafting and using points for Ancient Technology in Palworld.
How to craft and use Ancient Technology in Palworld
You can get more Ancient Technology Points by completing boss encounters and clearing dungeons. Here's a quick summary:
Bosses, such as the one in the Rayne Syndicate's Tower, grant around +5 Ancient Technology Points on your first kill.
Dungeons themselves appear as cave entrances with tree trunks and vines that serve as overhangs. Alternatively, they could be glowing circles on stone platforms. Dungeons have Ancient Civilization Parts (i.e. unique crafting materials) and bosses that may yield Ancient Technology Points.
Note that dungeons have a strict timer. Caverns are accessible for a five-hour period (300 minutes), after which they'll reopen after a few in-game days pass. Those that look like summoning circles have a 60-minute time limit before that area's boss respawns (if you managed to defeat it beforehand).

Ancient Technology blueprints
The Palworld Ancient Technology blueprints appear in the right-hand side column of the tech menu. The column itself has a purple outline to differentiate it from regular tech options, which use up points acquired through leveling.
